STL FHC ADULT LEAGUE

Everyone. Our Adult League is: 

• Co-ed
• Recreational
• Open to all levels and experience
• Designed for athletes ages 18+

No tryouts. No pressure. Just field hockey and good people.

• Year-round seasons (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall)
• Indoor turf games
• Balanced teams created each season
• Friendly competition with an emphasis on sportsmanship
• A strong FHamily culture that keeps athletes coming back year after year

• Games played once per week
• Small-sided format
• Rotating matchups through the session
• Clear rules and structure shared before each session begins
• Official USA Field Hockey certified umpires overseeing games

Because field hockey doesn't end after high school or college. 

Because adults deserve a place to play, compete, and belong.

Because this is more than a league--it's a FHamily.

Adult League athletes will need the following: 

• Field hockey stick (you may borrow from the club)
• Mouth guard
• Shin guards (highly recommended)
• Turf shoes or athletic shoes
• Water bottle
